AN UPDATE TO OUR CURRENT OPERATIONS

In the light of a recent letter received from The Secretary of State, Alok Sharma, we are happy to report that some of the previously suspended services will now be able to resume, albeit in strict accordance with social distancing guidance and government advice. Please read on to find out how Suzuki GB PLC will now be able to support you through this period with regard to our ATV, Marine and Motorcycle/Scooter operations.

Our ATV, Marine and Motorcycle Dealer Networks (at their discretion) will now have the ability to sell and deliver parts and vehicles to you so long orders are placed via email or phone and contactless delivery arrangements in-line with social distancing guidance are adhered to.

Please note, showrooms will remain closed to the public and all test-ride facilities will remain suspended until further notice.

As detailed previously, many of our ATVs, Marine engines and Motorcycles/Scooters are used by key workers or in industry sectors such as farming and food supply chain which are seen as essential businesses. Where possible, we will continue to keep both servicing and sales facilities available to any Suzuki customers in the categories above and prioritise this where necessary. If you fall into one of these categories and require assistance, please contact your local dealer directly. Their details can be found at https://atv.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/, https://marine.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/, and https://bikes.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/ .

For any routine mechanical queries, repairs or servicing requirements you may have on your Motorcycle, ATV or Marine Engine in the affected period please contact your local dealer directly. If you cannot get through, our Customer Service team can be contacted between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) and can be reached on 08085 011959 option 3 or via email customerservices@suzuki.co.uk.

Our Suzuki Financial Services team remain on hand to support you during this time. Should you have any queries in relation to your Motorcycle finance please contact the team at Suzuki Finance on 0344 824 0876 or access further information online at www.suzukifinance.co.uk

Please be aware that services offered and arrangements to fulfil them will vary from dealer to dealer. For the most up-to-date dealer information please liaise with your local dealer directly, their contact details can be found on our website at https://bikes.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/, https://marine.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/ or https://atv.suzuki.co.uk/find-a-dealer/
